ClaimMyCash surfaces new and deadline-urgent class-action settlements with links to official claim pages. This policy explains, in plain terms, what happens to your data.
ClaimMyCash has no account or sign-in of any kind. We do not collect your name, email address, government ID, or any other personally identifying information, and you never enter claim paperwork into the app.
Saved settlements and your preferences are stored locally on your device only, using Apple's standard on-device storage. They are never sent to us or to any third party. Deadline reminders (if enabled) are scheduled locally using Apple's notification system — we do not operate a push-notification server and never see when or whether you receive one.
The app fetches a public, read-only list of current settlement listings from our server so it can show you up-to-date information. This request does not include anything that identifies you personally.
If you subscribe to ClaimMyCash Pro, your subscription is managed entirely by Apple's StoreKit system. We do not receive or store your payment information — Apple handles all billing.
ClaimMyCash does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and does not use advertising identifiers.
Tapping "Open official claim page" opens the official, independent settlement administrator's website in your browser. That site is not operated by us, and its own privacy policy governs any information you provide there.
ClaimMyCash is informational only, is not legal advice, is not affiliated with any court or settlement administrator, and never files claims on your behalf.
Deleting the app deletes all of its locally stored data. There is no server-side copy of your personal data to separately request deletion of.
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, of any age, since it does not collect personal information at all.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
